This customer provides Well production chemicals for more than 5,000 Oil Wells in East Texas and Louisiana. Most of their customers are large Owner or Operators. During the oil prices downturn, the large operator/owners are demanding their business parters to be digitized and demanding continuous flow of data to them as well. There is immense pressure to reduce the cost of service due to downturn and bringing more efficiency in operation is key to success.
This customer provides Well completion equipment and services to offshore oil platforms. They have to create complex quotes for large Oil platform Operators and request approval from them. This customer will send out equipment and personnel to the platform for work execution.
