FieldEquip shows the commitment to protect the customer privacy by adopting and implementing the privacy policy and global data protection program to support the GDPR compliance and other data protection & privacy laws that are applicable for users’s personal data protection. We will ensure our customers that the data we are gathering, and processing is done in a fair and lawful way as per the guidelines given by GDPR compliance act and other data protection acts locally and globally.

This data protection and privacy policy is created to give our customers, users the full information about the personal data that FieldEquip is gathering, processing, security and the options, authorities that users have to protect & usage their personal data.

Part I – Information FieldEquip Collects, Controls & Usage

We collect your personal information in our log files when you interact with any page our website or app or in case you are using FieldEquip services and products. We automatically fetch some information like how you visit our website, your IP address, location etc. We use this information to improve our website functionality and services to our users and customers. You can check what information we are collecting and processing in a detailed privacy policy.

We use your information to help you giving the Fieldequip services & give proper technical support for the products and services that you are getting from FieldEquip. We also use your information to keep you updated about the latest product updates. However, we never break down the GDPR guidelines in case of using your personal information.

You have full authority not to provide optional information that we ask in the contact forms or while subscribing our blog newsletter or you can opt out later from the email database any time.

You can also disable cookies or use incognito window to prevent your browser giving us your personal information that we collect automatically, however it may disable certain website or app features.

We share our customers & users information with our employees and contractors for easily executing the tasks and responsibilities that they have however they have only limited access to this information. If we share information with third party providers, then they must have appropriate security components and guidelines to use your information to fulfil the purpose of which we are sharing the data.

The European Economic Area (EEA) and GDPR gives certain rights to the users to protect their personal data (includes access, updating, deletion, modification, erasure, portability) and take actions if found irrelevant security and protection measures. FieldEquip has given similar type of rights to its users that you can check in our detailed privacy policy.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy. When, we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.

Part II – Information that FieldEquip Processes on Your behalf

If you are handing some of the information on the behalf of your customers using FieldEquip app, then we store that data also on our servers. We call it as processing data that you can use anytime. You have the full authority to check your customers & employee’s data, amend it or export any time.

We protect your processing data and use it as per your instructions only. You can use that data for third party integrations, export it, delete it. However, it might be stored in archives data files even if you make changes or delete it.

We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use FieldEquip Services. After you terminate your services or user accounts with FieldEquip, we remove your data within 3 months or until we are present in any of the legal process with you.

If you are in the European Economic Area and you believe that someone has entrusted your information to us for processing (for instance, your employer or a company whose services you use), you can request certain actions from us regarding your data. To exercise those data rights, please contact the person or company that entrusted the data to us and we will work with them on your request.

Part III – General Information & Data Security

We have setup security guidelines and measures to protect your data. However, we may disclose your personal information in certain cases such as legal obligation, preventing frauds, protection of our other users’ data etc.

You may share your information with us via third party website or social media widgets. These companies and websites have their own privacy standards. We recommend you check those privacy policies before you share your information with us.
