FieldEquip SMS Verification Codes

FieldEquip, a field service management platform operated by FieldEquip Inc, sends one-time verification codes by text message (SMS) to users who choose SMS for two-step verification. These messages confirm that only you can sign in to your FieldEquip account.

How users opt in

SMS verification is optional. Users opt in inside the FieldEquip web or mobile application after signing in:

  1. On the Set up two-step verification screen, the user enters their mobile number.
  2. The user must actively check a separate, unchecked consent box that reads:
    “By checking, you consent to receive one-time passcodes and verification codes from FieldEquip by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
  3. The user separately accepts the FieldEquip Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  4. The Send code button stays disabled until the consent box is checked. FieldEquip then sends a code to confirm the number.

Sample messages

FieldEquip: Your sign-in verification code is 482913. It expires in 3 minutes. Do not share this code. Reply STOP to opt out.

FieldEquip: Use code 205871 to verify your mobile number and turn on two-step verification. If you did not request this, ignore this message. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Opting out

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any FieldEquip message. You'll receive one final confirmation, and no further SMS will be sent.

To start receiving codes again, reply START.
